I am Richard Wells and Director of Pet Claims IP Limited, Originally trained as a forensic accountant before working for companies such as Friends Provident and CGNU ( Now Avvia) in life and pensions then working as an Independent Financial Adviser in Pensions consultancy.
For the last 15 years I have worked In Pet Insurance with direct experience in all roles from telephony, through claims to underwriting, it is this deep level of understanding which enables me to have that strategic overview, knowing where a small change in one place can have huge impact in another part of the business.
